Mr. Garcia attended The California State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1971. He received his Law Degree from New York Law School in 1982 and is admitted to the Bar in The State of New York.

From 1984-2004, Mr. Garcia served as Support Magistrate (New York State Family Court), responsible for hearing and deciding child and spousal support cases. Mr.Garcia has practiced Family Law since 1984 and is certified as a Court Evaluator of Family Court. He is also a Member of Kings County Assigned Counsel and Law Guardian Panels. Mr. Garcia is of Counsel to the firm of Stephen Bilkis and Associates in the area of Family Law.
