Mr. Toohey joined the firm in 2006 after a 20 year career with the NewYork City Police Department, where he retired as Lieutenant. Mr Toohey brings valuable insight to our clients along with first hand knowledge as a seasoned and experieinced law enforcement official. He couples that experieice with an aggresive application of crimnal law to defend our clients.
