An automobile accident occurred on the night of October twenty-fourth. It was a multi-car accident between a car and a fire truck. The accident took place in Bethlehem Pennsylvania.

A sixty-year-old male by the name of William Samer was driving his vehicle along Route 378 and believed to be on his way to New York when a Bethlehem fire truck was responding to a call and trying to make its way through the traffic. The fire truck, being driven by Frank Dashner, 50, was driving in the opposed lane, trying to avoid the traffic in the northbound lanes. Samer allegedly passed numerous vehicles that pulled over, who were letting the fire truck drive by. Although the truck did have its lights on and alarm sounded, the car did not stop to let it pass by as the truck was on its way towards Eight Avenue in Bethlehem. Samer's car spun around and hit the fire truck just north of the overpass.

William Samer was declared dead at about ten p.m. that same night in St. Luke's Hospital-Fountain Hill. . The cause of his death was from many traumatic injuries. Frank Dashner, of Bethlehem, received help from Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg and was released.There was no report of an arrest by the police.

A car accident occurred on the morning of October twentieth, 2008. The car accident took place on Mitchell Lane in Bridgehampton New York and involved at least one serious injury.

The car crash happened early in the morning at approximately 7:00 am. Between Snake Hollow Road and Butter Road, a vehicle was speeding, traveling southbound. Allegedly, the driver lost control of the vehicle, crossed over into the northbound lane, and hit a fire hydrant. After, the car flipped over and crashed into a tree. The vehicle was a 1992 Honda. An investigation occurred after the accident, closing the road for over four hours.

Both the driver and the passenger in the vehicle died at the scene of the accident. Both members of the crash were male. The identities of the men have not yet been released to the public, but there is information of the passengers at the Southampton New York Town Police Department.

A car accident occurred on Monday, October twentieth, 2008. The accident happened in the morning on the Northern State Parkway in Westbury resulting in serious injury.

The accident took place at 11:03 a.m. and was a two-car accident. Robert McDonald, driver of a Buick Century, was speeding on the eastbound side of the parkway and drove into the left lane. As he did so, he allegedly passed a Nissan Maxima. As McDonald tried to move back into the right lane, he crashed into the other vehicle, which led both cars to hit a pole, and then crash into a tree. Exit 34 of the Northern State Parkway was closed for three hours following the accident.

Unfortunately, Robert McDonald, of Farmingdale, was in horrible condition after the accident. He was brought to Nassau University Medical Center to receive help and treatment. A twenty-two year old male by the name of Pawandeep Toor was driving the Nissan. He is from Floral Park and was also brought to the medical center because of a small injury.

Tony Robbins alleges he has has suffered an injury as a his "style" was copycated, by another motivationial competitor and now there is a lawsuit against him. In the case, "Big Hands" Robbins claims the wife of Stephen Pierce -- the other motivational speaker -- used a recording device and taped nearly an hour of a lecture Robbins was holding. Pierce then "adapted" this lecture of Robbins and made it his own. Pierce then placed the film on his website of him giving Robbins speech, and encouraged his viewers to bypass Robbins' coslty eight thousand dollar seminar and purchase his Compact Disc instead.

Rosanna Arquette the actress best nown for her role in the movie Destperately seeking Susan has won damages from a British tabloid newspaper after it alleged she had battled drug problems. The 48-year-old star filed a lawsuit after the News Of The World newspaper printed the reports in November last year. There was a car accident that occurred on the sixth of October, 2008. As a result of the car accident, the Nassau County Police from the fifth Precinct and Valley Stream Fire Department answered the call and showed up at the accident scene.

The car accident occurred as one car crossed Sunrise highway crossing over the center of the highway to oncoming traffic after driving westbound. This car accident occurred in the evening at approximately 9:30. This was multi car accident involving two other vehicles. The car accident was quite serious and significant damage was done to all three vehicles. The specific location of the car accident was in front of the Green Acres Movies Cinema in New York.

None of the victims of the car accident had a life threatening injury.
However, one person was stuck driver’s seat as the car was crushed around him. The people involved in the car accident were brought to local hospitals around the area to check to see if there was any serious injury.
There are no injury reports updating the current conditions of these victims.

One of the cars involved in the accident had all of its airbags deployed.
The hood of the vehicle car was lifted up and crushed, and the rear tire was removed from its axel. The engine fell out of this black car as well.

New York Islander Chris Simon is suspended a New York injury lawyer thinks he should be sued and arrested. Chris Simon in a brutal assault against New York Rangers Ryan Hollweg. The vicious slash happened while the New York Islanders were playing the New York Rangers in Nassau County at the Coliseum. Simon took his stick and swung at Hollweg connecting with his chin and jaw. In Queens, New York on August 25, 2008, 11-year-old Osam Naveed and his 8-year-old sister Iman were riding their bikes home from getting breakfast on Hillside Avenue at approximately 1:00 pm. Osam attempted to cross Little Neck Parkway in Floral Park when a red Mercedes Benz, that was reported to have had the right of way, hit him. Iman did not have an injury in this car accident, but watched her brother being thrown off his bicycle in astonishment. Osam was thrown into the air and an ambulance came to the scene and he was rushed to the hospital

The driver of the red Mercedes Benz that had struck Osam remained at the scene of the car accident. New York Giant Mathias Kiwanuka barely avoided a catastrophic injury as a result or a cheap shot by Chriss Samuels, reports this New York Injury Lawyer. On one of the Washington Redskins last offensive plays of the game, the New York Giants defensive end Kiwannuka, was clearly the victim of an illegal cut. A jury recently came back with a verdict against Wal Mart in the amount of a $4 million It was awarded to a female plaintiff who suffered a life altering injury, after a manufacturer's defect in her tire's tread pulled apart. The damaged to the tire made her car crash while she was behind the wheel. As a result of the accident she suffered an injury paralyzing her.

There was a recall on defective tire in 02, but Wal Mart, which had serviced the vehicle numerous times over the years after the 2002 recall, failed either to check for the recall or to notify her. Therefore, the woman never knew about this potential hazard. Wal Mart claims that unless tires are bought from them, they do not check nor notify customers of recalls. Furthermore, their lawyers argued that the mechanics and repairman did not have the training to inspect tires. Obviously, the jury didn't believe this false representation and decided that Wal Mart had both a duty and responsibility to look at the tires and let her know about the condition of the tires.That is why the verdict came down in her favor. Her lawyer's argument that the Fortune 500 corporation was responsibile only to inspect the car and did not include inspecting tires and looking up recalls. was not believed.
